Vehnta Software enables you to quickly and easily create B2B Google Ads campaigns and publish them directly to your Google Ads account, while tracking and visualizing performance data in the Vehnta dashboard.
This guide explains how to connect your Google Ads account, the permissions required, and best practices for seamless operation.
1. How Vehnta Works with Google Ads
- Vehnta generates B2B campaigns automatically based on your inputs: target companies, keywords, landing pages, and campaign settings.
- Campaigns are published directly to your Google Ads account.
- Performance data from these campaigns is collected, processed, and visualized within the Vehnta dashboard for easy analysis.
Important: Vehnta only interacts with campaigns created via Vehnta. It does not access or modify other campaigns in your Google Ads account. Your other campaigns remain unaffected.
2. Connecting Your Google Ads Account
Vehnta requires permission to create new campaigns and read performance data. There are two ways to connect your account:
Option A – During Sign-Up
- Enter your Google Ads Customer ID (GA Customer ID) during the onboarding process.
- Vehnta requests the necessary permissions from Google.
- You receive an automated email from Google to confirm these permissions.
Option B – After Sign-Up
- Log in to the Vehnta dashboard.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select User Profile.
- Enter your Google Ads Customer ID.
- Google sends an automated email to approve Vehnta’s access.
Note: You must approve the email to allow Vehnta to publish campaigns and read performance data for campaigns created through the platform.
3. Permissions and Admin Settings
- Vehnta requires administrative access to create campaigns and read their performance.
- If your Google Ads account has other connected services, you may need to review or temporarily disable them to avoid conflicts.
- Google Ads generally allows up to 5 administrative users per account; ensure Vehnta is added correctly.
4. Post-Connection Workflow
- Vehnta generates campaigns based on your inputs (companies, keywords, landing pages, budgets).
- Campaigns are automatically published to your Google Ads account.
- Performance data from these campaigns is pulled into Vehnta for:
- Monitoring performance by company or campaign
- Analyzing account performance and Google Ads metrics
- Accessing campaigns data directly from the dashboard
Note: Only campaigns created through Vehnta are accessed; other campaigns remain untouched.
5. Best Practices
- Confirm Permissions – Always approve Google’s automated email.
- Check for Conflicts – Temporarily disable other external services with admin access if needed.
- Keep Customer ID Accurate – Ensure it matches the intended Google Ads account.
- Review Admin Limits – Ensure there is room for Vehnta as an admin.
- Maintain Data Privacy – Vehnta only accesses campaigns it creates, no other account data.
This setup ensures Vehnta can create, publish, and monitor campaigns automatically, providing full visibility and control in one dashboard, while respecting all other campaigns in your account.
