Get Ready to Launch: Review, Refine, and Approve

Once you’ve completed the campaign setup survey, selected your target companies, and provided all necessary information, Vehnta automatically processes the data to generate your Google Ads campaigns.

Before publishing them to Google Ads, you can review, refine, and approve everything directly from your Vehnta dashboard.

1. Accessing Campaigns in Review

  • After submission, your campaigns appear in the dashboard with the status “Review.”
  • Select any campaign in Review to open its setup details.
  • You’ll see one tab per target country you selected during setup. Each tab contains all related data, organized by company, keywords, and ad content.

2. Companies Section – Review and Approve Your Target List

In this section, you’ll find:

  • A list of your selected target companies, enriched with key details such as industry, revenue range, and website.
  • A list of similar companies generated if you activated the Similarity feature.
  • For each suggested company, Vehnta displays which of your original companies it was matched to (based on similarity parameters).

You’ll also see a “Branches” column indicating the number of branches (local offices or sites) associated with each company.

  • By default, all branches are included in your targeting.
  • If you prefer to target only the headquarters, simply uncheck the box next to the company name — Vehnta will then exclude the branches from this campaign’s targeting.

Actions you can take:

  • Accept or exclude companies using the checkboxes next to each name.
  • Add new companies manually by clicking “Add Companies.”
  • Regenerate Similar Companies at any time to get updated matches.

Tip: Take time to validate the list — this ensures your ads target only relevant companies or branches, maximizing precision and ROI.

3. Keywords Section – Refine and Prioritize Your Target Terms

Vehnta automatically generates a set of keywords based on your inputs and website analysis.

What you’ll find:

  • A complete list of suggested keywords.
  • For multi-country campaigns, each country has a dedicated table per selected language.

Actions you can take:

  • Edit a keyword by double-clicking it.
  • Delete unwanted keywords.
  • Add new keywords manually via “Add Keywords.”
  • Generate other keywords automatically with “Generate Other Keywords.”

Premium Keywords:
If you have particularly important keywords (e.g., your brand, main product, or strategic competitors), flag them in the “Premium Keyword” column.

Vehnta will then:

  • Track every time a target company searches for that keyword.
  • Display results in your dashboard.
  • Send email notifications labeled “Premium KW” showing which company and branch searched it.

Tip: Use Premium Keywords to keep constant visibility on high-intent terms that signal strong buying interest.

4. Ads Section – Review and Customize Your Ad Copy

Vehnta automatically generates ad titles, descriptions, and callouts tailored to your selected companies and keywords.

Actions you can take:

  • Edit any text element directly.
  • Add new ads manually.
  • Replace or update existing ad versions.

Tip: Vehnta ensures relevance and structure, but your input can make ads more authentic, industry-specific, and persuasive. Combine automated precision with your marketing expertise.

5. Competitors and Brand Names Section – Final Check

Here you can review the list of brand names, product names, and competitor names used in your campaign targeting.

Actions you can take:

  • Confirm that your brand and product names are accurate.
  • Add missing competitors or related brands.
  • Remove irrelevant entries.

Tip: This helps keep your campaign focused and ensures that targeting and negative keyword filters are precise.

6. Launch Your Campaign

Once you’re satisfied with all elements — companies, keywords, ads, and competitor data — click “Launch Campaign.”

Vehnta will:

  • Seamlessly publish your campaigns directly into your connected Google Ads account (via your Google Ads Customer ID).
  • Update the campaign status in Vehnta from “Review” to “Live.”
  • Begin collecting and displaying performance data in your dashboard in real time.

From that moment, you can start analyzing results, monitoring engagement, and optimizing performance through the Vehnta dashboard.

Pro Tips

  • Take your time in the Review phase. Every edit here directly affects campaign accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Use Similarity and Premium Keywords together: identify new companies while tracking their real-time search behavior.
  • Collaborate with Sales: share Premium Keyword notifications or Visionsphere insights to align outreach efforts.

This Review step ensures your campaign is fully optimized before launch, combining Vehnta’s automation with your strategic expertise — delivering smarter, faster, and more effective B2B campaigns.
