Vehnta’s fee is a percentage of the savings you achieve by transitioning from traditional to Vehnta-optimized Google Ads campaigns. Your actual spending over the past 12 months in Google Ads determines the applicable fee bands. For instance, if your company spent €100,000 on Google Ads in the last year and achieves €70,000 in savings with Vehnta, Vehnta would apply a 30% fee to the €70,000 saved. Therefore, you would pay Vehnta €21,000 over one year. With Vehnta, your total spending would be €51,000 (€30,000 on Google Ads campaigns optimized by Vehnta and €21,000 for Vehnta software and services), resulting in €49,000 in savings compared to the €100,000 spent without Vehnta.

The Base Fee is determined based on the estimated savings Vehnta can achieve compared to traditional Google Ads campaigns. This fee is fixed and paid monthly throughout the collaboration.

The Success Fee is calculated quarterly and reflects the actual savings achieved with Vehnta. It compares your Google Ads spending with Vehnta to what you would have spent with traditional campaigns. The Success Fee also considers the Base Fee payments already made.
